Terms and Conditions
	To be an authorized affiliate of RCJ Revenue, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this agreement. Please read this agreement carefully before registering and using the RCJ Revenue service as an affiliate. By signing up for the RCJ Revenue affiliate program, you indicate your acceptance of this agreement and its terms and conditions. RCJ Revenue is owned and operated by RCJ Enterprises, Inc. This Agreement contains the complete terms and conditions that apply to an individuals or entity's participation in the RCJ Revenue Partner Program (the "Program"). As used in this Agreement, "we" means RCJ Revenue/RCJ Enterprises, Inc., and "you" means the applicant. "Site" means a World Wide Web site and, depending on the context refers either to our on-line stores or to the site that you will link to our sites. Enrollment in the Program To begin the enrollment process, you will submit a complete Program application via our site. We will evaluate your application in good faith and will notify you of your acceptance or rejection. We may reject your application if we determine (in our sole discretion) that your site is unsuitable for the Program. Unsuitable sites include those that: • promote violence • promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age • promote illegal activities We reserve the right to deny any prospective associate admittance into the Program for any reason, based on the content of their site or for any other reason. If we reject your application, you are welcome to reapply to the Program at any time. You should also note that if we accept your application and your site is thereafter determined (in our sole discretion) to be unsuitable for the Program, we may terminate this Agreement. Only one account is allowed per individual or entity. You must be of legal age to join and promote our site. Linking Criteria We will assign you UNIQUE URL codes, which you will use to link to our site. You may link to our site with banners or text links. You may also link via any other creative non-misleading method you can come up with. We DO NOT allow direct email spamming. If you spam our links, you will NOT get paid! We reserve the right to terminate any account at any time for any reason without notice. Payout Fees & Schedule You will receive: •20% of any sale associated with your unique URL code. •5% of any sale associated with a webmaster you referred to the program via your unique URL code. Commission checks will be mailed or direct transferred via PayPal by the 15th of each month. There is a $50.00 minimum account balance before a commission will be paid, excluding any bonus payments. Any amount under $50 will be carried forward to the next month. All funds are paid by via PayPal or check in U.S. funds. Order Processing For a Product sale to be eligible to earn a referral commission, the customer must: • Enter our site via a link or bookmark with your unique extension, or via a link or bookmark associated with a webmaster you referred to the program via your unique extension. • Select and purchase the Product using our automated ordering system and accept delivery of the Product at the shipping destination, and remit full payment to us. We reserve the right to reject orders that do not comply with any requirements that we periodically may establish. We will be responsible for all aspects of order processing and fulfillment. Among other things, we will prepare order forms, process payments, cancellations, and returns, and handle customer service. Any chargebacks or credits will be applied to your account appropriately. We will track sales made to customers who purchase Products using your unique URL code and will make available to you comprehensive statistics summarizing this sales activity. Modifications We may modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, at any time and in our sole discretion. Modifications may include, for example, changes in the commission fee schedules, payment procedures, and Program rules. IF ANY MODIFICATION IS UNACCEPTABLE TO YOU, YOUR ONLY RECOURSE IS TO TERMINATE THIS AGREEMENT. YOUR CONTINUED PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM FOLLOWING OUR NOTIFICATION OF A CHANGE NOTICE OR NEW AGREEMENT ON OUR SITE WILL CONSTITUTE BINDING ACCEPTANCE OF THE CHANGE. Disclaimers We make no express or implied warranties or representations with respect to the Program or any products sold through the Program. In addition, we make no representation that the operation of our site will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we will not be liable for the consequences of any interruptions or errors. COMMISSIONS WILL NOT BE PAID ON FRAUDULENT SALES OF ANY KIND. FURTHERMORE, IF IT IS SUSPECTED THAT YOU ARE ATTEMPTING TO DEFRAUD THE PROGRAM IN ANY WAY WE WILL AGGRESIVELY PURSUE YOU AND REPORT ALL VIOLATIONS TO THE FBI'S CYBER CRIMES DIVISION. So don't even try!
